These Terms govern your use of Spec, an app published by NYRAI LLC ("we", "us"). By using Spec you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. This is our end-user license agreement (EULA); it applies in place of Apple's standard EULA where permitted.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spec on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Spec is free to download and includes a free tier (recording, on-device transcription, and 2 lifetime AI refinements). Spec Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $6.99/month or $39.99/year (prices may vary by region) that unlocks unlimited AI refinements, PDF export, and requirement templates. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your recordings, transcripts, and generated documents are yours and remain on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and for having the right to record any discussion you capture.
Spec is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
